The Proper Circle Skirt - Black
The Proper Circle Skirt is created with a complete circle of fabric, creating a sumptuous look brimming with volume and movement. The 1950's skirt features two concealed side pockets. The Proper Circle Skirt can be worn over a petticoat for added voluptuousness but is also charming worn on it’s own. This splendid skirt is sewn out of a medium weight gabardine which has gorgeous body.
The Proper Circle Skirt hits 28 inches from the waist to rolled hem. The 1 1/2 inch waistband is secured with a vintage button atop the center back zipper. The crinoline is not included.
