We added some irresistible hand sewn details to our Topsy Turvy Skirt. The pink satin poodle with satin embroidered details has a rhinestone and mini ball chain leash. The flounce hem is trimmed with light pink ric-rac. You can wear this fanciful skirt with any top for a fabulous ensemble but we recommend our matching Eye Candy Blouse in black with light pink trim.
